In search of sasquatch

Memorial long weekend 2012 we headed off to Sasquatch, a 4 day music festival at the Gorge Amphitheatre in the middle of nowhere. If you haven’t been to the Gorge add it to your bucket list right now, you’d be hard pressed to find anything quite like it. Our first trip was in 2009 and I’ll never forget seeing the breathtaking view emerge for the first time as you walk over the main stage hill. Despite the 12 hour drive there, lack of sleep for 4 nights, porta potties (or as the American’s call them Honey Bucket – HA!), wet wipe baths and overall disgusting state we were in by the end of it, it was awesome.
